Previous development experience of over $300 million worth of real estate including independent, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Registered architect with health care projects in 18 states and 3 countries. Former member of Tennessee Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities, chair of State of Tennessee Assisted Living Task Force, and member/speaker of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). President of Senior Living Ministries, a non-profit senior caregiver support ministry. Manager of La Roccia, LLC, a senior property investment company.
Kenneth R. Holland
Director of Operations
Former Divisional Vice President of a national senior living company. Charter Administrator of the largest Continuing Care Community in Nashville, TN. Over 34 years of experience in the senior housing market and with all aspects of operations. Directly responsible for property portfolios that exceeded $400 million in investment with annual operating budgets in excess of $100 million. Operating experience has included nursing homes, continuing care retirement communities, and freestanding assisted living facilities. Currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Health Care Administration Major at Western Kentucky University.

Over 20 years of experience in operations, marketing and public relations. Consultant to assisted living developers and operators. Serves on several community non-profit boards.

Over 15 years of experience as a specialist in interiors’ planning, design, equipment program contracts, and project requisition, fulfillment and installation. Holds a B.A. in Interior Design from Middle Tennessee State University.

Professional experience in private sector and non-profit organizations in sales, marketing, and operations. Over ten years of experience in the senior care industry. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Communications from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Public Health/Health Administration from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
